Eileen Marie Hammang-Yaworsky

Eileen Marie Hammang-Yaworsky is the mother of 2 boys, Xander and Nick, and 2 girls, Spenser and Ellie. She teaches in the Louden County school district at Freedom High School in Virginia. She teaches Dual Enrollment composition classes that earn credit for high school requirements and credits at the Northern Virginia Community College.

In addition, she teaches/moderates a photo-journalism class that produces the annual high school yearbook. In addition to some experience as a grade school teacher in Fairfax County, VA, Eileen previously taught as an English teacher at Paul VI high school in Fairfax, VA and at Kettle Run high school in Faquier County, VA.

Eileen lost her husband, Thomas Andrew Yaworsky, in March of 2019 when he was just 50 years old and she has been raising her four children, Xander (b.2003), Nick (b.2004), Spenser (b.2006) and Ellie (b.2010), as a single mom ever since.

Karen Lynn Hammang

Karen Lynn Hammang is an Emergency Room Nurse with over 14 years of experience at Howard University Hospital in the District of Columbia (DC), at Georgetown University Hospital also in DC and Trinity Health St. Joseph Mercy hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. She has worked with both adult and pediatric patients, but has specialized and greatly prefers working with pediatric patients.

Among her many interests Karen starred in a Star Wars fan film Star Wars: Revelations" as the evil Zhanna "The Emperor's Hand." The film has been viewed nearly a hundred fifty thousand times on YouTube and over a half million times on the directors web site before that.

Karen loves her two dogs, Rosie a pure bred Beagle rescue dog from Virginia and Cookie a pure bred Swedish Valhund acquired from her second cousin, Cheryl, who was a professional breeder.

Karen is planning to return to school to pursue a doctorate in Nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in acute pediatric medicine. She is considering programs at Wayne State University in Detroit and Grand Valley State University near Grand Rapids.

Shannon Marie Ronald

Shannon Marie Ronald is the mother of 2 boys, Joshua and Nathaniel. She teaches at St. John Vianney school in Kailua, Hawaii. Shannon teaches band and religion part-time at the school in addition to providing substitute teaching services.

She is married to Christopher J. Ronald, who is a Lt. Colonel in the Army, where he is serving as the chief Army budget officer for the Pacific Ocean region.

Due to Chris' army career, the family has moved multiple times to postings in Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Alaska, Kentucky, New York, and Hawaii. These are the state-side postings for the family in addition to Chris' 2 tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan.

These many postings have inspired various out-of-door activities. The family has enjoyed downhill skiing in the mountains of Colorado, surfing and snorkleing in the ocean bay of Kailuai Hawaii, and fishing in Alaska, South Carolina and Hawaii.
